Debilee Flores
Founder & Communications Strategist
Debilee Flores is a communications strategist who helps organizations move from scattered messaging to clear, intentional communication that supports meaningful growth. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience across communications, training, and leadership, she partners with organizations to strengthen brand voice, clarify messaging, and align marketing efforts with long-term goals.
Her work has supported organizations across a wide range of sectors—from local and national nonprofits to complex industries such as renewable energy, manufacturing engineering, telecommunications, and healthcare technology. She has also supported corporate communications for organizations in direct selling and affiliate marketing. Debilee is known for her ability to step into complex situations, quickly identify communication gaps, and help organizations articulate their story in ways that resonate with both internal teams and the communities they serve.
Outside of her consulting work, Debilee actively volunteers with local community nonprofit organizations focused on connection, education, and service. She and her family have also opened their home to more than twenty-five international exchange students over the years—an experience that has shaped her perspective on communication, culture, and the importance of listening well before speaking. That same spirit carries into her work with clients, where she brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to helping organizations communicate with clarity, integrity, and purpose.
Sarahi Ingold
Administrative Coordinator
Sarahi Ingold brings more than 25 years of administrative and customer service experience supporting organizations across nonprofit, media, and government sectors. Known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, she helps ensure projects, scheduling, and client communications run smoothly behind the scenes.
Throughout her career, Sarahi has held administrative roles within various Florida county government agencies, as well as in media and ministry organizations, building a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with calm efficiency. Earlier in her career, she also served for many years with Times Square Church in New York City, supporting ministry operations and community programming.
In addition to her administrative work, Sarahi has spent many years involved in ministry and the performing arts, including traveling throughout Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia. These experiences shaped her appreciation for diverse perspectives and strengthened her ability to connect with people from many backgrounds. Today she lives in Florida with her husband and is developing a small micro-bakery business, combining her love for hospitality, creativity, and community.
Work-Life Balance Managers
Behind every thoughtful strategy session is a team making sure the humans remember to step away from their screens. Bartlebee, Brim, Ruby, and Speck collectively oversee morale, fresh-air breaks, and the overall wellbeing of our home offices. Ruby and Speck—Sarahi’s sweet, smart, and slightly sassy pint-sized supervisors—keep the Florida office running smoothly, while Bartlebee and Brim make sure Debilee’s Tennessee office includes regular walk breaks and plenty of personality. Together they help maintain a balanced, dog-approved work environment where good ideas (and occasional treats) are always welcome.
